Hof University of Applied Sciences, together with FINSOZ e.V. and the Caritasverband für den Landkreis Kronach e.V., invites you to an on-site networking and information event on the topic of telematics infrastructure (TI) on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 (9:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.) at the main branch of Sparkasse Kulmbach-Kronach in Kronach.
The telematics infrastructure offers an intersectoral network for the fast and secure exchange of sensitive health data. The symposium is an offer from pulsnetz MuTiG and provides information on which aspects need to be considered during implementation, which advantages arise from the TI and why service providers benefit above all from a regional network.
The event is aimed at healthcare and social care providers from the Kronach region, including care facilities (outpatient, inpatient, day care), doctors’ surgeries and pharmacies. The aim is to bring healthcare providers in the Kronach region together to engage in a joint exchange and learn from each other. After all, successful implementation of the TI requires close cooperation between all service providers.
Agenda of the TI symposium
- Keynote speech on the current status of the telematics infrastructure (TI) and in particular on the intersectoral exchange of service providers via KIM – Prof. Dr. Dietmar Wolff and Anika Heimann-Steinert
- Insights into TI practice: A panel discussion with industry representatives Experiences and best practices in dealing with the TI
- Parallel workshops for different needs:
- Knowledge base – first steps with the TI
- Potential of a TI application for intersectoral benefits
- Interactive networking round (World Café): It’s time to take action and engage in an exchange across service providers. We give you the opportunity to get in touch with partners from the region in an interactive and structured way.
During the symposium, participants will receive in-depth knowledge of the telematics infrastructure, practical tips and support to successfully connect to the telematics infrastructure.
With this event, we want to bring together all stakeholders, regardless of their level of knowledge or professional background, and ensure a joint exchange. The participants from the various sectors of the healthcare system should consider together how they can use the TI sensibly. We give the service providers space and time to deal with the topic together.”
