On Friday, 12.04.2024 from 14:30 to 16:30, everyone interested in the Innovative Healthcare degree program and the field of digital health is invited to the Lucas-Cranach-Campus in Kronach. Under the motto “STUDY TESTING”, visitors can get to know the degree program and take a look behind the scenes of the laboratories at the Lucas-Cranach-Campus Kronach.
The Innovative Healthcare degree course at the Kronach campus is a unique interdisciplinary degree course in Germany at the interface of care, technology and management in the healthcare and social services sector. At the Campus Day in Kronach, all prospective students are invited to get their first taste of the course – whether they are school pupils, high school graduates, trainees or professionals.
In addition to a detailed presentation of the degree program, visitors can expect a tour of the Kronach campus and the state-of-the-art laboratories. Various workshops are also on the program. Interested parties will have the opportunity to get to know and try out innovative technologies for a healthy working day in the health and social economy. Among other things, you can test healthy carrying and lifting techniques with the help of exoskeletons, try out VR and AR glasses that are used in training and therapy and get to know assistance systems that support everyday life.
In addition, prospective students will be able to gain an insight into the WohnXLab and try out on their own bodies how illness- and age-related physical limitations, such as visual or hearing impairments, affect the everyday lives of those affected. A visit to the “high fidelity simulator” is of course also included.
