Hof University of Applied Sciences starts the summer semester 2023 with more than 3700 students in the faculties of Economics, Computer Science, Engineering and Interdisciplinary and Innovative Sciences as well as in the Faculty of Continuing Education. Compared to the summer semester 2022, the student numbers thus remain stable at the previous year’s level.
We are very pleased that we will again be able to welcome around 400 first-year students to the four campuses of the university at the start of the 2023 summer semester. A slight increase in the number of applications we received for this semester also shows us that Hof University of Applied Sciences is perceived both nationally and internationally, and that with our content focus on topics such as sustainability and digitalization, we are mapping global future trends.”

For the summer semester, the university is expanding its range of courses to include three master’s degree programs: “Applied Psychology,” “Sustainability Law” and “Artificial Intelligence and Robotics.” The bachelor’s degree in computer science and the master’s degree in operational excellence continue to be popular with first-semester students.
