Hof University of Applied Sciences is the most popular university in Germany and receives the best marks for its teaching. This is the result of the ranking published today by the renowned Internet portal Studycheck.de . In the country-wide comparison under altogether 512 universities the upper-Frankish educational facility with its locations in yard, Münchberg, Kronach and Selb obtained the best evaluation by current and former students.
The ranking is based on all the testimonials published on StudyCheck.de for the past calendar year 2022, which totaled just under 80,000. Just under 400 of these reviews were received for Hof University of Applied Sciences – 250 are required to be included in the overall ranking. About the placement of the individual universities decides then according to data of the portal the so-called Scorewert, which is formed by the star evaluation as well as the recommendation rate of the studying.

Here the university yard registers an exzellentes result: With on the average 4,36 of 5 stars and a further recommendation rate of 96% it leads the field. However, the personal support provided by lecturers and the high level of satisfaction with the digitalization of teaching during the pandemic also contribute to the result. University president Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Jürgen Lehmann is very pleased about the award:
“Of course, our teaching did not become so popular overnight, but has enjoyed really great recognition for a long time. Nevertheless, such an award and the first place in the entire country can of course not be expected.
