#kickstart2025: With a financial boost towards a start-up

With KICKSTART, Hof University of Applied Sciences has launched a funding program that starts at a very early stage of a potential start-up - with the development of ideas and prototypes. The KICKSTART teams have six months to develop their idea into an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) or prototype. Hof University is now officially part of the Bavarian doctoral network

From 2026, Hof University of Applied Sciences, together with OTH Amberg-Weiden and Ansbach University of Applied Sciences, will enable students to write their own doctoral theses as part of the new doctoral college REDIG - Resource Efficiency & Digitalization. This means that the educational institution is officially involved in one of Bavaria's doctoral centers. [more]
