City lecture: “Münchberg is THE textile training center in Bavaria!”

In mid-October, around 90 interested people gathered in the newly restored Münchberg Schützenhaus for the city lecture by the Institute of Materials Science at Hof University of Applied Sciences (ifm). Ines Mühlmann impressively demonstrated just how versatile a textile technology degree can be during a lecture at the Münchberg Textile Competence Center at Hof University of Applied Sciences. Invited by the Freundeskreis zur Internationalisierung des Textilkompetenzzentrums Münchberg an der Hochschule Hof e. Hof University and Bangladesh University of Textiles sign Memorandum of Understanding

Hof University of Applied Sciences and the Bangladesh University of Textiles (BUTEX) have been working closely together for six years now. Since the end of 2021, the two educational institutions have been linked by the so-called HELD project of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). The two universities have now signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Friday, April 19. [more]

Textile training: Delegation from Uzbekistan visits the Münchberg campus

Jürgen Lehmann welcomed a far-flung visitor to the university's Münchberg campus: a 14-strong delegation from the textile universities in Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan came to find out about the German education system and the study opportunities at Hof University of Applied Sciences in the field of textiles.
