Hof University of Applied Sciences cordially invites you to a lecture by Prof. Wolfgang Henseler, an expert in digital media, user experience and innovative business strategies, on Monday, April 7, 2025 (18:00 – 20:30 in Audimax B023). The lecture offers profound insights into the importance of customer centricity in times of artificial intelligence and its influence on business, society and the professional world.

The lecture deals with the distinction between customer centricity and conventional customer orientation as well as the necessity of a change of perspective for companies. Using practical examples from the automotive and construction industries, retail and the financial sector, Prof. Henseler will explain how smart ecosystems are emerging and what role artificial intelligence plays in this. The effects of these developments on training, job profiles and business models will also be examined. A particular focus will be on Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and its current state of development.
