Judith Seiferth is a laboratory engineer at Hof University of Applied Sciences. In April 2024, she was presented with a certificate by Chancellor Ute Coenen to mark 25 years of service with the Free State of Bavaria. Find out what is important to her for the future here:
“I have been working in the Münchberg department (formerly Coburg University of Applied Sciences) for 25 years. After studying at Coburg University of Applied Sciences, Münchberg department, I worked as a textile engineer at Sandler for three years,” says Judith Seiferth. After taking a break to raise children, she worked for four years as a laboratory assistant at the former stock dyeing plant in Münchberg: “This has since been demolished,” she adds. What does the work at the Hof site currently look like and what will happen next?
What I like about working at the university is that you can contribute your own ideas and work independently. For the future, I would like to raise awareness of sustainability and environmental awareness in the internships.
