At the Lucas Cranach Campus in Kronach, which opened in 2021, the Coburg and Hof universities now offer six Bachelor’s and Master’s degree courses for around 300 students. In Kronach, Hof University of Applied Sciences focuses on the healthcare and social economy with the Bachelor’s degree courses “Vocational Education in Healthcare” and “Innovative Healthcare”. The new Master’s degree course “Smart Society (M.Sc.)”, which is now starting in the winter semester 2024/25, aims to enable students to improve the quality of life of people in various life situations. The focus is on the use of digital technologies and the socially responsible implementation of technical innovations.
