Hof University of Applied Sciences – after canceling last year due to illness – is once again participating in the successful InnenHofKonzert series of the Hof City Marketing Association in 2023. What began years ago as an intimate concert series in hidden inner and back courtyards has since long since developed into a popular and highly frequented after-work meeting place in the city of Hof. Hof University of Applied Sciences has also been among the organizers on several occasions.

This year, the concert will take place on Thursday, May 25, 2023 from 7 pm directly at the traffic circle in front of the university. Thereby the group “VOL.BEATCLUB” plays, which – as the name already reveals in the first place as a tribute band of the well-known Danish metal band from Copenhagen.
Under the motto “live, loud and proud” the five musicians from the university location Kronach present the so-called “Elvis-Metal”, a mix of styles ranging from classic rock to rockabilly and country music. In the setlist, besides common live songs like “Sad Man’s Tongue”, “Fallen” or “Still counting”, there are also some songs that are rarely heard live. The combination of the live feeling of the musicians on stage, paired with an authentic sound is one good reason of many to experience Vol.BeatClub live.
The catering takes place from 18 to 22 o’clock. In addition to the well-known “Hofer fast food” of bratwursts and steaks, an alternative for vegetarians will also be offered. As always, admission is free at the InnenHofKonzerte.
