On Wednesday, July 29, 2026, Hof University of Applied Sciences will once again host an Open House for prospective students on the Hof campus from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Prospective students will have the opportunity to learn all about the academic programs, campus life, and the general conditions for studying at Hof University of Applied Sciences.
The event is open to both high school students who have already decided on a field of study and those who are still exploring their options. Parents, friends, and siblings are, of course, also warmly welcome. Representatives from the various faculties will be on hand to answer visitors’ questions about applications, admission, course content, and career prospects.
Personal Insights into Academic Life and Campus Life
In addition to information about the bachelor’s degree programs, guests can expect a varied program featuring guided tours of the university’s modern laboratories and facilities. Student organizations will also be presenting themselves and offering insights into the diverse campus life in Hof.

Welcome at “iisys”
After registration begins at 12:45 p.m., the Prospective Student Day officially starts at 1:15 p.m. with a joint welcome at the Institute for Information Systems (iisys). Following this, the faculties will present their degree programs and provide information on the application process, enrollment, and the requirements and content of the respective degree programs. Individual questions can also be addressed directly on site.
Networking and Making Connections
During a light meal, you’ll also have the opportunity to make initial connections with faculty, students, and other prospective students, and to learn more about student life at Hof University of Applied Sciences.
