Dr. Markus Finn, former lawyer and Professor of Law in Healthcare at Hof University of Applied Sciences since 2013, explored the question of who decides when, for example, a 15-year-old is vaccinated against Covid. What does the law say if parents disagree about their child's Covid vaccination? Covid was just one example among many. The evening with around twenty guests dealt with the extent to which adolescents are capable of giving consent themselves and then parental consent is not necessarily required for an operation.
